POINTS FIGHTING

Points fighting is a very fast sparring style and is most suitable for beginners. Often referred to as Semi-Contact Kickboxing

LIGHT CONTINUOUS FIGHTING

As opposed to points fighting, this type is a continuous fight and is most suited to intermediate levels

K1 KICKBOXING

K-1 Kickboxing initially combined karate, kickboxing and kung fu (hence, the “K”). The “1” resembles the combative element of the style which sought to find the best of the best through competition.
